In 2018, Cathy had the opportunity to purchase grapes from a vineyard contiguous with our Sunbasket Vineyard and crafted this small, one-time lot of Cabernet Sauvignon. William designed the crest on our Acappella label to represent each member of their family.

The Durand™
We love our Corison-engraved Durand™ wine opener! It’s indispensable for opening older bottles. In two stages, it gently removes fragile corks.
Coravin™ Pivot
Here at Corison Winery, we find that the Coravin™ keeps wine in great condition for up to two weeks. Open your bottle, replace the cork with a special stopper, and use the Pivot to pour your wine. The remaining wine will be preserved under inert Argon gas until you are ready for your next glass.
